City Scene is a corporate members club for people who work in the city.
J.Wood Creative designed the company logo, stationery and is responsible for the design of the company brochure, produced each year, for each city, which provides details of participating establishments and member benefits.
Typeface design (beta).
Less infoThis was a continuation of the typeface used for the C and S in the logo design.
As with many logos designed by J.Wood Creative, custom typefaces are created to give each client a completely unique identity and brand.
This typeface was never finalised but would make an interesting display font to be used for large titles, headings or similar. It is too decorative to be used for bulk content but remains a fun and quirky font.
City Scene stationery design.
Less infoThe stationery designed for City Scene includes an A4, landscape letterhead which is occasionally used as promotional material for events – when the City Scene require a professional document in a short time frame, details can be printed in house directly onto the letterhead.
When folded to fit a standard DL envelope, the landscape format of the letterhead is ideal as the first part seen by the recipient is the left hand side which clearly shows the brand and contact details.

Less infoDesigned by J.Wood Creative and updated annually, City Scene require several of these brochures, one for each city.
The brochure provides details of all the restaurants, bars and leisure facilities that offer discounts to City Scene members and is their guide to what's on offer each year.
